• Your main task as part of our Marketing Print team is to delve deeply into our ERP system and external media production systems (e.g. image database), to further develop them and to optimize the associated processes.
• Working closely with our external system architects, you will oversee the implementation of various projects and take over the acceptance testing of the tasks for the respective release cycles.
• From idea to implementation: Based on your own project plans, you integrate new technologies into our existing system landscape.
• As the first point of contact for end users from marketing-related departments, you will advise them on any questions and ensure that their requirements are understood and implemented – either yourself or in cooperation with our service provider.
• You test our existing applications from the user’s point of view and, if necessary, ensure greater user-friendliness.
• You consistently record completed projects and processes and ensure clear, complete documentation.
• If needed, you will train internal and external users on our systems.

Your ingredients:

• Your qualifications include completed IT training or a degree in computer science. Alternatively, you can impress us as a career changer with relevant professional experience and a passion for technical backgrounds and systems.
• You are enthusiastic about topics from the marketing world, ideally in the field of print advertising.
• Ideally, you have at least 2 years of professional experience in process and project management and solid Excel skills.
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment, always keep an eye on the results, and are strong in prioritizing your tasks independently.
• Thanks to your thirst for knowledge and your enthusiasm for new technologies, you constantly find creative solutions.
• You find it easy to impart knowledge to other people – even if they are not experts in the field.
• You speak and write very good German (minimum C1 level) and score points with basic knowledge of English.
