Your tasks are as follows:
- Maintenance and repair of all technical systems and equipment
- Carrying out repairs in the guest rooms and public areas
- Regular inspections to ensure compliance with technical standards
- Coordination and monitoring of external service providers and tradespeople
- Active participation in renovation and modernization projects
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
You should bring the following:
- Completed vocational training in a skilled trade, ideally in electrical, heating, air conditioning or plumbing technology
- Professional experience in building services engineering, preferably in the hotel industry
- Strong technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented work style
- High level of responsibility and reliability
- Friendly demeanor and service orientation
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
