Job description
We are looking for a motivated Emirati Graduate Civil Engineer to join our team as part of our Graduate Development Program. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across design, project coordination, and site exposure while working on impactful infrastructure and built environment projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and analysis of civil engineering projects (roads, utilities, structures, etc.)
- Support preparation of drawings, reports, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, MEP, and project managers
- Participate in site visits to understand construction practices and project execution
- Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and project specifications
- Support project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation activities
- Contribute to sustainability and quality initiatives within projects
Skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong academic record preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles and standards
- Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD (knowledge of Civil 3D is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
Eligibility Criteria
- UAE National (Emirati) with valid family book
- Willingness to work across project sites and office locations within the UAE
